Her passion for HR goes beyond process – she’s dedicated to transforming workplace cultures into inclusive, thriving environments where everyone has the opportunity to succeed.

As an experienced coach and mentor, Charlotte excels in leading large-scale business transformations with a focus on minimal disruption, future-proofing, and maximum engagement. A Chartered Member of the CIPD and a qualified Green Belt, she combines strategic insight with a hands-on approach to create meaningful outcomes.

Her commitment to gender equality and her advocacy for ethnic minority groups is deeply personal, inspired by raising her mixed-race daughter of British and Caribbean decent. She has led groundbreaking initiatives such as Inclusion Censuses, Reverse Mentoring Programs, and Career Returner Programs. Her work doesn’t just create positive change – it drives measurable progress and leaves a lasting impact on every team she touches.

Angela is a seasoned commercial leader with over 20 years of experience in driving business growth and building high-performing teams across various industries, including technology, retail, and digital sectors.

With a strategic mindset and a passion for coaching, she excels in developing and implementing go-to-market strategies that deliver exceptional results and most recently served as the Vice President of Product and Commercial in EMEA for Call of Duty at Activision Blizzard.

Angela is passionate about promoting diversity and inclusion and during her time at Activision Blizzard, was honored to serve as the Global Executive Sponsor for their Women’s network.

Angela has served as a board member for the games industry trade body UKIE and as an experienced leader and coach Angela has led large scale business transformation and maintained successful engaged teams.  She is dedicated to empowering leaders and teams to reach their full potential and believes in fostering a culture of continuous learning and development, where individuals are encouraged to grow both personally and professionally.
